THE WEEKLY SYSTEM
Weekly timetable
A LITTLE LESS NOISE. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
Today
ONE USEFUL OUTPUT
Your work and notes can stay in Notion. This is simply the next step.
The shape of your day
A sequence, not a measure of duration.
RESUME FROM WHERE YOU ARE
A little more room
A lighter plan for one date. No backlog to repay.
Choose what stays
Keep what matters for this date. Uncheck optional periods to set them aside. This does not cancel classes or appointments, or change your weekly template.
OPTIONAL · NO RECORD REQUIRED
Pause before responding
Take a comfortable breath. If helpful, follow a gentle four-second inhale and six-second exhale. Stop whenever you prefer.
Name the feeling → notice where it is → acknowledge it → ask what it signals → choose an action.
If thinking is looping without new insight, choose a walk, a bounded reflection in your own notebook, or a time to revisit it.
EVIDENCE, THEN ONE ADJUSTMENT
Look back lightly
Planned periods and recorded outcomes
Reporting is optional. An unrecorded period is unknown; elapsed focus time is a separate record. These counts do not establish actual sleep, attendance or adherence.
| Date | In plan | Set aside | Done | Partial | Skipped | Unknown |

What moved forward?
These are reported sessions and outcomes. An empty record does not establish that nothing happened.
This will not rewrite your timetable or send anything to Notion.
Your data, with you
A full backup contains both timetable profiles plus this app's intentions, dated plans, sessions and reviews. Use Share for timetables only. Personal app exports include one person’s saved plans, intentions, sessions, reviews and setup.
A COMPASS, NOT A COMPLETION LADDER
Practice with intention
A compact reading of your SH protocol. Choose an emphasis in My setup; useful tools remain available throughout.
THE UNDERLYING DIRECTION
Does this serve what I’m actually for?
Return to your existing values document for the answer. Keep the work grounded in how you spend your time. No alignment score required.
ONLY WHEN A CHOICE NEEDS IT
Give the decision its due
A thinking aid, not a decision maker. Keep substantial writing in your chosen home. Nothing you consider here is recorded.
Leave experience unmeasured
A conversation, a meal, music, rest, time outdoors: let them be experiences. If the framework adds pressure, reduce the structure and return to one honest question.
SMALL TOOLS. CLEAR OWNERSHIP.
Using your companion
Local, editable, and useful without turning every part of life into a record.
A workable day
- Today: see the current and next period. Choose one useful output if it helps. No check-in is required.
- Period actions (···): report a result, use it as a focus intention, set it aside or edit just that occurrence. Undo date plan restores the prior plan while retaining reports and intentions.
- Adjust this date: change the full date plan. Week edits change the recurring baseline. My setup holds chosen page links and optional protected windows.
- Focus: choose an intention, approach and duration. Pause or finish when useful. Elapsed time is not measured attention; you report the result.
- Reset: choose a lighter date plan or use the optional pause tool. Set-aside activities remain visible and do not become a debt.
- Review: inspect your reports and output, then choose one adjustment. Empty records remain unknown.
Notion can keep your projects, notes, books and substantial writing. Pinned links only open pages; the app does not fetch or change them.
Know what you’re saving
- Save / Update
- Stores data in this browser at this file’s path. Another device or renamed copy does not automatically share that storage.
- Download HTML
- Creates a standalone app with both timetables and saved companion records embedded. Unsaved device drafts are separate; save them first if you want them in the copy.
- Export app backup
- A versioned JSON snapshot of both people and saved companion state. Restore previews it and replaces both profiles in this copy.
- Export Saki / Joleen app data
- One person’s timetable, dated plans, intentions, sessions, reviews and setup. Import previews merge conflicts and optional baseline replacement. The other person stays untouched.
- Share → Export Saki / Joleen
- Timetable and targets only. Importing a timetable does not erase companion history.
- Draft recovery
- Unfinished intentions, date edits and reviews recover on this device and can be discarded separately. Drafts are not reports or portable exports.
When copies disagree
For personal app imports, merge keeps records absent from the incoming file. Choose which copy wins on conflicting records. Explicit replacement mirrors removals. Export a current backup first if you want both versions.
When another tab saves newer data, this tab pauses its next save. Export this tab’s copy, load the latest saved state, or deliberately keep this tab’s state. This is a local guard and manual exchange, not cloud sync.
Keep the system light
Practice guide is optional. Choose an emphasis; the app does not assign a phase, diagnose readiness or increase your workload. No streaks, scores or inferred sleep duration.
Print date includes that date’s changes and lighter-plan labels. Print → Full recurring week and Ctrl+P include every day regardless of the current screen filter.
If browser storage fails, the app says so. Download HTML or export a backup from the still-open tab to preserve your current saved-in-memory state.
YOUR SYSTEM. YOUR DEVICE.
Bring your own week.
This hosted app starts empty. Import your saved app backup or one person’s app data. Your plans stay in this browser.
Targets & rules
Your weekly targets, strength template, reading rules, and study rules from the supplied schedule.
Sovereign OS
A compact operating layer for protecting capacity, producing visible work, recovering early, and keeping the week aligned. It is an experiment, not a score.
Delete backlog. Run only the five floors, repair one environmental cause, then restore one practice every three days.
Minimum Viable Day
Five-dimension pulse
Early warning, not a performance score
Integrated weekly OS
Scale from evidence; shrink the system when an added layer breaks the earlier one
Weekly proof
Track evidence of capacity and output; avoid motivational bookkeeping
